Fastbeez Labs

Four themes. One method.

We explore what matters to build data and AI solutions that are useful in Morocco.

Each theme starts from a real need and ends with a public note.

Build, test, publish

The same cycle for every topic.

  1. A question

    A real problem, stated simply.

  2. A prototype

The smallest system that lets us test.

  3. A measure

    Open criteria, described data.

  4. A note

    Results published, good or bad.

Agentic AI

Agents that complete real tasks. With clear limits and a human in the loop.

Why it matters

An agent does not only answer. It acts. That opens many possibilities, and as many risks.

The questions we explore

  • How do we state clearly what an agent is allowed to do?
  • Where do we place human approval without blocking the work?
  • How do we evaluate an agent on real tasks, in French, Arabic and Darija?

Modern data architecture

Open, lean data platforms that fit real budgets.

Why it matters

Without reliable data, AI is useless. Modern architectures make a serious platform possible on a reasonable budget.

The questions we explore

  • What is the minimal architecture for a Moroccan organization that is starting?
  • How do we keep data portable with open formats?
  • How do we host locally what should be local, and only that?

Context engineering

Give the model the right context at the right time. Quality is often decided there.

Why it matters

A model answers with what we give it. Choosing the context often matters as much as choosing the model.

The questions we explore

  • How do we describe business data so that a model understands it?
  • How do we find the right information in multilingual documents?
  • How do we measure the quality of the context given to a model?

AI governance

Know who can access what. Trace decisions. Respect the Moroccan legal framework.

Why it matters

Useful AI must be under control. Who has access, who decided, on what basis.

The questions we explore

  • How do we trace every action of an agent, simply?
  • How do we apply Law 09-08 in an AI project?
  • How do we explain sovereignty by levels, without slogans?
